Join us for the first-ever Northeast Ohio Awards of Excellence, presented by BIANEO, celebrating the outstanding residential building and remodeling projects of 2025.

This special evening will mark the final presentation of the Cleveland Choice Awards and the BRaD Awards, where the winners from both programs will be announced and honored. After a rigorous judging process by a panel of architects, designers, and builders from across Ohio and the U.S., these awards recognize the best of the best in our industry.

This event also reflects on the incredible work of members from the former HBA of Greater Cleveland and the HBA of Summit & Portage Counties, as we celebrate excellence across Northeast Ohio.
