The Home Warranty Book is designed to help builders and remodelers clearly outline warranty coverage for newly constructed or remodeled homes while providing homeowners with a professional, easy-to-understand reference for warranty terms and responsibilities.

This book helps protect both the builder and the homeowner by documenting warranty coverage, outlining maintenance responsibilities, and setting clear expectations for the first year of homeownership. It is a valuable tool for builders to present a polished and organized warranty package to their clients at closing.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are based on the total number of warranty books ordered and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

1–5 books: $7 shipping
6–30 books: $18 shipping

Please note that each box can hold up to 30 books. Orders exceeding 30 books will require multiple shipping boxes. For every additional 30 books ordered, an additional $18 shipping cost will be applied.
